Costa Blanca Wedding Planner
The Costa Blanca is one of the most popular stretches of coast in Spain to get married, and one of the biggest to plan across. It runs from Alicante up past Benidorm, Altea and Calpe, each town with its own venues, its own character, its own rules. Planning all of that from another country is a lot, especially when the contracts are in Spanish and you can't fly over for every visit. That's where I come in. I'm a wedding planner based in Valencia, just up the coast, and I plan weddings right across the Costa Blanca: visiting the venues in person, meeting the vendors, and handling the details so you can plan from home. We'll talk in English, Spanish or Ukrainian.
Why Get Married on the Costa Blanca
If you're choosing where in Spain to marry, the Costa Blanca makes a strong case: it's beautiful, easy to reach, and gives your guests a proper stretch of coast to enjoy. Here's my honest take as someone who plans weddings all along it.

320 Days of Sun a Year
The Costa Blanca is one of the sunniest regions in Europe, with around 320 days of sunshine a year. From spring through late autumn you can plan an outdoor wedding here with very little weather risk, which is exactly why couples travel from all over to marry on this coast.

Two Airports and Easy Access
The region sits between Alicante and Valencia airports, both with direct flights from across the UK, Ireland and Europe. For an international guest list that matters: people can fly in cheaply, land close, and reach your venue without a long transfer after the plane.

A Coast Full of Venues
From seafront villas and beach clubs to centuries-old fincas in the hills and historic estates, the Costa Blanca has more variety of venue than almost anywhere in Spain. Whatever picture you have of your day, there's a setting on this coast that fits it.
Where I Plan Weddings on the Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca covers a lot of ground, and I work right across it. Below are the main areas I plan in, and I also cover Calpe, Javea, Denia, Moraira and Torrevieja, so if your venue is anywhere along this coast, chances are I already know it.
Wedding Planning Services on the Costa Blanca
Every couple comes to me at a different stage. Some want me to handle the whole wedding from the first idea to the last dance. Some have already found a venue and need help with vendors and logistics. And some just want to elope, the two of them, somewhere beautiful on the coast. Wedding planning starts from €1,000, and the first consultation is free.

You've started planning on your own and hit a wall, maybe the vendors, maybe the contracts in Spanish. I step in exactly where you need me and handle that part properly. You stay in charge, I cover the gaps.

Elopements in Valencia

Just the two of you, or a handful of your closest people. A beautiful ceremony by the sea or at a quiet finca, with photographer, flowers, dinner and guidance all taken care of.

Real Weddings on the Costa Blanca
These are real weddings I planned at venues along the Costa Blanca, most of them for couples who lived abroad through the whole planning process.

Meet Olga Prudko, Your Costa Blanca Wedding Planner
I'm Olga Prudko. I'm based in Valencia, just north of the Costa Blanca, and I plan weddings right along the coast. I moved to Spain from Ukraine, I live here with my family, and I've spent more than 15 years bringing celebrations to life.
When you hire me, I come to you: I visit the venues in person, meet the local vendors, and manage everything on the ground so you can plan from home without the stress. I work in English, Spanish and Ukrainian, and my couples always reach me directly.
Turn Your Wedding Into a Few Days Together
A Costa Blanca wedding is one your guests will happily turn into a holiday, and that's worth planning for. With the whole coast to enjoy, many couples build a few days around the wedding itself: a relaxed welcome dinner the night before, and an easy get-together the day after, by the sea, before everyone heads home. It turns a single day into a proper trip your guests remember, and I arrange it alongside everything else, so it takes nothing extra off your plate.
FAQ: Costa Blanca Wedding Planning
How much does a wedding on the Costa Blanca cost?
Most weddings I plan land between €30,000 and €50,000 for a mid-sized celebration, depending on the venue, guest count and season. That covers a beautiful venue, good food and wine, flowers, music and the details that make the day yours. My planning starts from €1,000, and on a first call I'll give you a realistic budget for your numbers, free of charge.
Which part of the Costa Blanca is best for a wedding?
What's the best time of year to get married here?
Late spring and early autumn are ideal: warm, sunny and comfortable for an outdoor ceremony. Summer suits evening and beach celebrations. The most popular dates book up early, so those need the most lead time.
Do we need to be in Spain to plan the wedding?
No. Most of my couples see their venue in person only once, or even for the first time in the wedding week. I visit the venues, film walkthroughs, meet the vendors and handle everything here, while we make the decisions together over video calls.
Can you help with the legal side of getting married in Spain?
The rules for a legal marriage in Spain can be tricky for couples coming from abroad, and most choose to handle the legal paperwork at home and celebrate with a symbolic ceremony here. I'll walk you through how it works and point you in the right direction, so there are no surprises later.
Do you work with couples who don't speak Spanish?
All the time, that's most of my couples. I handle every vendor conversation, contract and negotiation in Spanish and report back to you in English or Ukrainian. You never have to translate anything yourself.
Can you help with legal paperwork and translations?
Yes. I guide you through the documents for a symbolic or civil ceremony, connect you with sworn translators when needed, and read through vendor contracts in Spanish so you always know what you're signing.
