Wedding Planner in Benidorm

Benidorm is built for a wedding your guests can turn into a holiday: more hotels than anywhere on this coast, beaches on the doorstep and fincas in the hills just behind town. The hard part is planning it from abroad, when the venues are hours away, the contracts are in Spanish, and you can't keep flying over. That's what I handle. I'm on the ground in Spain, seeing the venues, meeting the vendors and keeping everything on track, for couples marrying in Benidorm and across the Costa Blanca. Message me in whichever language suits you best, English, Spanish or Ukrainian.

Why Get Married in benidorm

Benidorm's real strength for a wedding isn't the strip, it's everything around it: historic fincas in the hills, sea-view venues, and enough hotels to house a big international guest list without anyone overspending. Here's my honest take as someone who plans weddings here.

Fincas in the Hills

Most Benidorm weddings happen not in the town but at the historic fincas and estates just behind it, some dating back well over a century, set among pines and hills with the coast in view. These are the private, beautiful settings couples come here for, and what I help you find and secure.

Room for All Guests to Stay

Benidorm has more hotel capacity than anywhere on the Costa Blanca, at every budget. Guests flying in from different countries can all stay nearby, which makes a big international wedding far simpler to organise, and easier on everyone's wallet from the very first booking.

A Coast Made for a Few Days

Between the lively Levante beach and the quieter old town and Poniente side, Benidorm gives your guests plenty to do before and after the wedding. It's a place people are genuinely happy to travel to, settle into for a few days, and remember long after they head home.

Wedding Planning Services in Benidorm

Every couple comes to me at a different stage. Some want me to handle the whole wedding from the first idea to the last dance. Some have already found a venue and need help with vendors and logistics. And some just want to elope, the two of them, somewhere beautiful on the coast. Wedding planning starts from €1,000, and the first consultation is free.

Turn Your Wedding Into a Few Days Together

Most of your guests are flying in, and with Benidorm's beaches and hotels right there, many will make a holiday of it. That's worth planning for. I help couples build the whole weekend around the wedding, not just the day itself: a relaxed welcome dinner the night before so everyone meets before the ceremony, and an easy get-together the day after, by the pool or on the beach, before people head home. It turns one celebration into a few days your guests actually remember, and it takes nothing extra off your plate, because I arrange it alongside everything else.

FAQ: Wedding Planning in Benidorm

How much does a wedding in Benidorm cost?

Most weddings I plan land between €20,000 and €50,000 for a mid-sized celebration, depending on the venue, guest count and season. That covers a beautiful venue, good food and wine, flowers, music and the details that make the day yours. My planning starts from €1,000, and on a first call I'll give you a realistic budget for your numbers, free of charge.

What's the best time of year for a wedding in Benidorm?

Late spring and early autumn are ideal: warm, sunny and comfortable for an outdoor ceremony. Summer suits evening and beach weddings beautifully. The most popular dates book up early, so those need the most lead time.

Do we need to be in Spain to plan the wedding?

No. Most of my couples see their venue in person only once, or even for the first time in the wedding week. I visit the venues, film walkthroughs, meet the vendors and handle everything here, while we make the decisions together over video calls.

Can you help with the legal side of getting married in Spain?

The rules for a legal marriage in Spain can be tricky for couples coming from abroad, and most choose to handle the legal paperwork at home and celebrate with a symbolic ceremony here. I'll walk you through how it works and point you in the right direction, so there are no surprises later.

Do you work with couples who don't speak Spanish?

All the time, that's most of my couples. I handle every vendor conversation, contract and negotiation in Spanish and report back to you in English or Ukrainian. You never have to translate anything yourself.

Do you also plan weddings across the rest of the Costa Blanca?

Yes. I work throughout the region. If your venue is a little further along the coast, ask me, chances are I already know it.

Can we get married on the beach in Benidorm?

Not on Benidorm's town beaches, ceremonies there aren't permitted by the local council. But a sea-view ceremony can absolutely be arranged: at a finca with the coast in view, on a terrace overlooking the water, or on a beach just outside town. I'll find the setting that gives you that feeling.

Where will our guests stay?

This is where Benidorm shines. It has more hotels than anywhere on the coast, in every category, so guests coming from different countries and budgets can all be based close to the celebration. I can help match hotels to your guest list and sort transport to the venue.
