Wedding Planning Services & Packages in Spain
Most of my couples live in the US, the UK, Ireland or elsewhere in Europe and plan their wedding in Spain from a distance. My job is to make that distance irrelevant. I'm here in Valencia the whole time: I visit the venues, meet the vendors, read the contracts and run your wedding day. Planning starts from €1,000, the first consultation is free, and we can talk in English, Spanish or Ukrainian.
Full Wedding Planning. From First Call to Last Dance
This is my main service and the way most couples work with me. You tell me how you picture your day, and I take it from there: the venue, the team, the budget, the timeline, the paperwork. We plan everything together over video calls, you make the decisions, I make them happen on the ground. I work alongside your venue's team on the day, but my only client is you.

We talk
A free video call. You tell me about your day, I give you an honest picture of budgets, venues and dates. If we're a good fit, we start.
STEP 02
We find your venue
I shortlist fincas and venues that match your vision, visit them in person and film walkthroughs for you. You choose. If you can fly over for one viewing trip, great. If not, we manage without it.
STEP 03
We plan, you live your life
Regular video calls, one shared plan, and me handling vendors, contracts and logistics here in Valencia. You stay in charge of every decision without drowning in the details.
STEP 04
Your wedding day
You arrive a few days before. Everything is ready. On the day itself I run the schedule, manage the vendors and quietly solve whatever comes up, so the two of you can simply be there.
Elopements in Spain
Some couples don't want the big production. They want each other, a beautiful place and a day that actually feels like them. I plan elopements for two, or for a small circle of your closest people: a ceremony by the sea, in the old town or at a quiet finca, with photographer, flowers, dinner and legal guidance all taken care of. Partial Planning Support
Maybe you've already booked a venue. Maybe you started planning on your own and got stuck somewhere between vendor emails and contracts in Spanish. It happens a lot, and you don't have to start over with a full package. Tell me where you are in the process and what's giving you trouble, and I'll tell you honestly how I can help. Why Hire a Wedding Planner in Spain
A full wedding takes somewhere between 150 and 250 hours of work: research, emails, calls, visits, spreadsheets, chasing vendors, checking contracts. That's a part-time job for a year. Now add a foreign country, a language you may not speak and a time difference, and it stops being a fun project for two. A planner gives you those hours back. You keep the enjoyable parts, the tastings, the dress, the playlist, and hand over the logistics to someone who does this every week and knows what things should cost here.
The venue has a coordinator. Isn't that enough?
Venue coordinators do an important job, but it's a different job. They work for the venue: their role is to make sure the tables are set, the kitchen runs on time and the lights come on. They're not there to question the venue's contract, negotiate a better deal for you, or spend months planning with you over video calls while you're abroad.
There's also a side of venues that couples rarely see from the outside. Many have their own list of approved suppliers, and some only let you work with vendors from that list. A few charge extra to bring in someone from outside, and a handful won't allow it at all. This is exactly where I save you the surprises: I've already worked with many of these suppliers and I know how each one operates, so I can guide you to the right people for your day and handle the venue's rules for you, instead of you finding them out the hard way. I answer to you, not to the venue, and my job is to make your wedding work within the real conditions of the place you've chosen.
FAQ: Questions About My Services
What's the difference between full planning and partial support?
Full planning means I'm with you from the first call to the end of the wedding day, and everything goes through one plan and one person. Partial support is for couples who've already done part of the work and need help with a specific piece: vendors, contracts, a venue check. If you're not sure which one fits, just describe your situation and I'll tell you honestly.
How many weddings do you take per year?
A limited number, on purpose. Every couple gets me personally, not an assistant, so I only take as many weddings as I can give real attention to. This also means good dates go early, especially May, June, September and October.
Can we start with just one consultation?
Yes, and the first one is always free. We'll go through your ideas, your budget and your dates, and you'll leave the call with a realistic picture even if we never work together. No obligation, no pressure.
We already have a venue. Can you still help?
Of course. A booked venue is a great starting point, not a problem. I'll build the rest around it: vendors, timeline, decor, logistics and the coordination of your day.
Do you only work with your own vendors, or can we bring ours?
Both. I have a trusted network built over years here, but if you have a photographer you love or a band you've dreamed about, we bring them in. My job is to build the right team for you, not to push my list.
The venue offers its own coordinator and vendors. Do we still need a planner?
The venue's coordinator manages the venue on the day, and I'm glad when they're good at it, because we'll work side by side. But they answer to the venue, and I answer to you. I'm with you for all the months before: contracts, budget, vendor choices, every decision you'd otherwise make alone from another country. And I'm not tied to anyone's list, so if the best florist for your wedding isn't the venue's usual one, we bring in the best one.
